Join us for a day of wellness and self-care at the Arts Park in Allentown, PA on Saturday, September 30! In partnership with the City of Allentown @allentownpa, and the Parks Department @allentowncitypa, a 20-minute breathing session for deep relaxation, followed by a 1-hour yoga session. The event kicks off at 12:00 p.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. RSVP to reserve your spot now! Reserve your spot now! About Alicia Christine Beach
Alicia Christine Beach is a wellness enthusiast, writer, certified breathwork coach, and trauma-informed facilitator. Her work is centered on helping people identify and release unhealthy relationships and lifestyle patterns that injure the mind, body, and spirit.
The world of holistic healing opened to Alicia as she embarked on a personal journey to heal her emotional wounds and body from the impact of trauma and chronic stress. Alicia is passionate about holding space for all to experience wellness and support through her holistic healing offerings. Alicia holds a journalism and theological degree. About Courtney Lowe
Courtney Lowe graduated from Pennsylvania State University and studied Bio Behavioral Health, which allowed her to understand the holistic benefits of balancing our mind and body. When Courtney started practicing yoga about ten years ago, she soon realized the amazing benefits it offered her mind and body, and that when they are in sync and balanced, we have peace. Courtney loves to share her passion with others because she knows personally the positive affects yoga has. She looks forward to guiding the yoga session on Saturday, and states, “You are all welcome and you all matter.”
