TPMF Health Fair Recap

The Preventive Measures Foundation (TPMF) recently hosted its first annual Health Fair at Northampton Community College, attracting over 20 local vendors and a vibrant crowd eager to engage in holistic wellness activities. Attendees enjoyed free health screenings, engaging workshops on nutrition, diabetes prevention, and mental health, plus an energetic Zumba session led by wellness advocate Beatriz S. Messina, MSW, LCSW. Throughout the day, air fryer raffles added excitement, and visitors were delighted to meet the mayors of Allentown and Easton, who came to show their support.

This event went beyond traditional health fairs, bringing together community members for a day dedicated to well-being and personal empowerment. Paula Gonzalez, Executive Director, TPMF highlighted the unique approach: “We’re bringing the community together to learn, grow, and take charge of our health in interactive ways.” The TPMF Health Fair exemplified TPMF's commitment to community health and connection, making it an inspiring day of learning with excitement for what next year has in store!
